Place and Others and Grant - Holladay <br />Construction Corp. <br />Attorney: Mr. Joseph Roper <br />The attached copies of the above petition and zoning ordinance <br />were initiated by the Area Plan Commission. <br />The legal descriptions in the petition and ordinance differ. <br />Therefore, the Council has requested your clarification of the <br />discrepancy.
