Commonly Known as Lot #2 Pleasent View Manor Addition ORDINANCE NO. 5294- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA -1962 SECTION 40 AS AMENDED AND GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AND THE ACCOMPANYING MAP THERETO, GENERALLY KNOWN AS THE SOUTH BEND ZONING ORDINANCE BY CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE USE DISTRICT FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1 The municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, and General Ordinance No. 4990 -68 and the accompanying map or maps thereto, as amended, are further amended insofar as the same relates to that certain parcel of land situate in the City of South Bend, and known and designated as: A parcel of land in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, more particularly described as follows: That part of lot number 2, that lies West of the Northwest Right -of -Way line of the U.S. 20 - 31 By Pass, in Pleasant View Manor Subdivision as recorde4 in the office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. by changing the classification of the "Use District" from "Unzoned" to "A" Residential and from "No" Height and Area District to "A" Height and Area District. SECTION 2 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and legal publication.
