Key outcomes will include the translation of intellectual property into viable <br />products and services, as well as enhanced research/technology development opportunities and <br />uniquely valuable educational experiences for faculty and students. At the same time, the <br />IP @ND will not actively seek to become a long -term landlord for start-up or other commercial <br />ventures on this site.
