ORDINANCE NO. 5288 -71 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25 -7 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY. That Section 25 -7 of the Municipal Code (Code 1949, Chapter 29, Section 7) be amended to read as follows: SECTION II. Same -- Determination of when and how turns to be made; placement of markers, etc. NThe city traffic engineer is hereby authorized: A (a) To determine those intersections at which -1 drivers of vehicles shall not make a right, i left or "U" turn, and shall place proper signs 0 at such intersections. ro(b) To place markers, buttons or signs within or m adjacent to intersections indicating the course ao to be traveled by vehicles turning at such inter - ,o sections, and such course to be traveled, as so 9 indicated, may conform to or be otherwise than i that prescribed by law or ordinances.
