ORDINANCE N0. ~ 3 ~ ~~ ~ ~. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA APPROPRIATING $130,000 WITHIN THE U.D.A.G. FUND (FUND 410) <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />PROGRAM YEAR 2003 BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2003. <br />Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br />In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of Urban Development Action Grant <br />Reimbursement Funds and to further the implementation of the redevelopment plans within <br />the City, certain appropriations are necessary. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $130,000 is hereby appropriated within Fund 410 for the <br />Department of Community and Economic Development for program year 2003 beginning <br />January 1, 2003. <br />SECTION II.
