ORDINANCE NO. `"~~~ ~- ~ Z <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA APPROPRIATING $48,920 FROM FUND 210, THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />STATE GRANT FUND, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING IN THE SUPPORT OF THE <br />DIVISION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT'S ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET <br />Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br />In order to assist in the provision of business assistance services for the community, monies <br />from Fund 210 will be used to support the administrative budget for the Division of Economic <br />Development: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $48,920 is hereby appropriated from the City of South Bend's <br />Economic Development State Grant Fund (Fund 210) to be used by the Division of Economic <br />Development to assist in the support of that division's 2003 administrative budget. <br />SECTION II.
