Police Pension Fund ORDINANCE NO. 5205 -70 AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIA- TION TO ACCOUNT Z -12, "SALARIES AND WAGES, TEMPORARY ", IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,600.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID SUM FROM ACCOUNT Z -531, PENSIONS TO RETIRED POLICEMEN ", ALL BEING WITHIN THE POLICE PENSION FUND WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have de- veloped since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of city government to meet such extraordinary conditions, and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the South Bend Police Pension Board to provide funds for attorney's fees and to assure that department's ability to properly perform its functions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $2,600.00 be transferred from Account Z -531, "Pensions to Retired Policemen ", and trans- ferred and appropriated to Account Z -12, "Salaries and Wages, Temporary ", both accounts being within the Pension Fund. SECTION II.
