ORDINANCE NO. 5200 -70 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9 -3, ORDINANCE NUMBER 4381 -61, ARTICLE 32, SECTION 1700.0, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, PROVIDING FOR THE STAND- ARDS OF ACCEPTED ENGINEERING PRACTICE OF PLUMB- ING SERVICES GENERALLY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That Ordinance tion 1700.0, being Section 9 -3 Code of the City of South Bend, ded to read as follows: Section 1700.0 Number 4381 -61, Article 32, of Chapter 9 of the Municipal Indiana, be, and hereby is, Sec- amen- The "Administrative Building Council of Indiana -- Plumbing Rules and Regulations -- Volume III -196$" is hereby adopted as the standard of accepted engineering practice in all matters governing the design and instal- lation of plumbing systems, including sanitary and storm water and sewage disposal in all buildings including pri- vate residences and agricultural buildings and outbuild- ings in connection therewith; except that the following sections, subsections, paragraphs, and tables of such "Rules and Regulations" shall hereby be altered, added to, or deleted so that.the same shall hereafter be and read as follows: SECTION II.
