ORDINANCE NO. 5223 -70 AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRI- ATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,000.00 FROM ACCOUNT Q -11, "SERVICES PERSONAL ", TO ACCOUNT Q -43, "REPAIR PARTS ", IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET, ALL BEING WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, certain since the adoption is now necessary t Lated in the annual Government to meet extraordinary conditions have de- of the existing annual budget so D appropriate more money than was budget for the various functions such extraordinary conditions; WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the South Bend Fire Department for repair parts and to assure that department's ability to properly perform its functions; and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where it is not presently needed and more specifically as follows; to -wit: $4,000.00 in account Q -11, "Services Personal" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the sum of $4,000.00 be transferred from Account Q -11, Services Personal ", and transferred and appropriated to Account Q -43, "Repair Parts ", both accounts being within the General Fund. SECTION II.
