The property souEht to be rezoned is located at the North - <br />side of Sample Street immediately East of and contiguous to <br />the Cities Service Oil Company service station located on the <br />Northeast corner of the intersection of Mayflower Road and <br />Sample Street (5323 West Sample Street), South Bend, Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by Colpaert Realty Corporation. Cities <br />Service Oil Company has an option to purchase the property <br />subject to rezoning. <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follolls: <br />A part of Area 1 as shown on the recorded <br />replat of Belleville Unit °D °, an addition <br />to the City of South Bend, Indiana more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of <br />said Area 11 125 feet East of the Southwest <br />corner of said Area 1; thence East along <br />said South line of Area 1, 75 feet; thence <br />North parallel with the West line of said <br />Area 1, 163.48 feet; thence West parallel <br />with said South line of Area 1, 75 feet; <br />thence South parallel with said West line <br />of Area 1, 163.48 feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br />(CONTINUE ON THE REVERSE SIDE IF NECESSARY) <br />
