After such <br />date, whenever it becomes necessary to rebuild, <br />repair or replace any such drain existing prior to <br />the enactment of this ordinance, the same shall be <br />rebuilt, repaired or replaced in such a manner that <br />it will no longer be connected with or flow into <br />the sanitary sewer system of the City. <br />(b) Wherever it is reasonably feasible to do so, all <br />such gutters, downspouts, roof drains, foundation <br />drains and off- street - parking -area drains shall be <br />connected to or designed to flow into the storm <br />sewer system of the City, and within the boundary <br />limits of the downtown urban renewal area must be <br />so connected, whether newly constructed or previously <br />existing, as soon as the storm sewer system in said <br />area is completed. <br />(c) The provisions of this section shall not apply where <br />a different method of disposing of rain water be <br />ordered by the City Engineer or the Building <br />Commissioner. <br />SECTION II.
