BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA: Section 1• The municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, and General Ordinance No. 4990 -68 and the accompany- ing map thereto, as amended, are further amended insofar as the same relates to that certain parcel of land situate in the City of South Bend, and known and designated as: Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 38 North, Range 3 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Indiana State Road No. 23 (Edwardsburg Highway) 801.38 feet Southwesterly of the North Line of the said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quar- ter of Section 31; thence continuing South 34 degrees 32 feet 40 inches West along said Westerly line of said Highway a distance of 177.35 feet to a point; thence North 55 degrees 27 feet 20 inches West, a distance of 130.00 feet to a point; thence North 34 degrees 32 feet 40 inches East a distance of 177.35 feet to a point; thence South 55 degrees 27 feet 20 inches East, a distance of 130.00 feet to the point of beginning.
