<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY
<br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA -1962 SECTION 40 AS AMENDED
<br />AND GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AND THE ACCOMPANYING
<br />MAP THERETO, GENERALLY KNOWN AS THE SOUTH BEND ZONING
<br />ORDINANCE BY CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE USE
<br />DISTRICT FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION 1.
<br />The municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, and
<br />General Ordinance No. 4990 -68 and the accompanying map or maps
<br />thereto, as amended, are further amended insofar as the same re-
<br />lates to that certain parcel of land situate in the City of South
<br />Bend, and known and designated as:
<br />Parcels of land in the Southwest 1/4 of Sec. 25, Twp.37N.,
<br />R.2E.,more particularly described as follows: Those parts of Lots 1,
<br />20 and 21 that lie West of the Northwest Right -Of -Way line of the U.S.
<br />20 -31 By -Pass, and also those parts of lots 26 and 37 that lie North
<br />of the Northwest Right -Of -Way line of the U.S.20 -31 By -Pass, and also
<br />all of Lots 22, 23, 24, �5, 38, 39 and 40 all in Pleasant View Manor
<br />Subdivision as recorded.
<br />Also a parcel of land in the Southwest 1/4 of Sec. 25, Twp.
<br />37N. R.2E., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
<br />point which is 20 feet South of the Northwest corner of said 1/4
<br />section, which point is on the South Right -Of -Way line of Ireland
<br />Road, thence South 614 feet more or less, to the North Right -Of -Way
<br />line of Callander Street, thence east along the north right -of -way
<br />line of Callander Street, 290 feet, more or less, to the East Right -
<br />Of-Wayline of Main Street, thence Northeasterly along the West Right-
<br />of-Way line of Main Street, 631 feet, more or less, to the South Right-
<br />of-Way line of Ireland Road, thence west along the south right -of -way
<br />line of Ireland Road, 322 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
<br />Also a parcel of land in the Southwest 1/4 of Sec. 25, Twp. 37N.,
<br />R.2E.1 more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
<br />which is 387 feet, more or less, South of the South Right -Of -Way line
<br />of Ireland Road and on the West Right -Of -Way line of U.S. 31 (Michigan
<br />Road), thence South along said U.S. 31 Right -Of -Way 232 feet, more or
<br />less, to a point which is 50 feet North of the intersection of the North
