Personnel and Finance Committee Meeting Minutes of August 4, 2008 <br />Page 6 <br />President Rouse noted that the proposed Council budget contains a proposed expenditure <br />of $28,000 for recording equipment, in lieu of contracting for this service, for the recording <br />of the Council meetings. President Rouse stated that he looks forward to talking with the <br />Council in more detail about the proposed budget. <br />There was no one from the public to speak in favor or in opposition to this fund. <br />Council Member LaFountain thanked every one for the information shared at the meeting. <br />He noted that the next Personnel and Finance Committee meeting will be on Wednesday, <br />August 6, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. which the Morris, Palais Royale, Police Department and Fire <br />Department budgets will be presented. <br />Council Member LaFountain then adjourned the committee meeting at 6:29 p.m. <br />Resp sub It ; <br />_---- <br />e' % e r homas LaFountain, Chairperson <br />Personnel and Finance Committee <br />Attachments <br />
