Davis at 2:45 p.m. in the <br />Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Varner, Dieter, Kirsits, <br />LaFountain, Oliver J. Davis, and Puzzello; Mayor Stephen Luecke, City Attorney <br />Charles Leone, City Controller M. Catherine Fanello, Assistant City Attorney <br />Thomas Bodnar; Board of Public Safety Members Juanita Dempsey and Patrick <br />Cottrell and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council's Agent. <br />Council Vice-President Davis noted that the Executive Session was called <br />pursuant to the Ju{y 31, 2008 Notice of Executive Session (copy attached) for <br />the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to discussion of strategy with <br />regard to collective bargaining relative to public safety employees, called <br />pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B); with that the notice was duly <br />posted by the Office of the City Clerk. <br />Council Member Karen L. White joined the meeting near the close of the session. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the July 31, 2008 "Notice of Executive Session". <br />Council Vice-President Oliver J.
