ORDINANCE NO. 5405 -72 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SUB - ,DIVISION (2) OF <br />SUB - SECTION (a) of SECTION 15 -16 OF CHAPTER 15 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Sub - division (2) of Sub - Section (a) of Section 15 -16 <br />of Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />be and it hereby is amended to read as follows: <br />"(2) Mileage Rates: Sixty Cents ($. 60) for the <br />first one -fifth (1/5) of a mile or fraction thereof; <br />Ten Cents ($. 10) for each additional one - fourth <br />(1/4) of a mile or fraction thereof; and" <br />Section 2.
