ORDINANCE NO. 5404 -72 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />$125,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br />BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. <br />WHEREAS, engineering studies have been completed <br />outlining certain sanitary sewer projects; and <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed for appraisals, land <br />acquisition, design engineering and construction of said <br />project; and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br />Fund has been established, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $125,000.00 be appropriated <br />from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the <br />project and in the amount set forth below: <br />Project CS1 -1972 - Sanitary Sewer Extension - <br />on Cleveland Road from <br />Lilac Road west to Maple <br />Road $125,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
