The property sought to be rezoned is located at <br />1302 East Indiana Avenue, <br />1608 South Leer, <br />1612 South Leer, and <br />1614 South Leer, South Bend, Indiana <br />2. The property is owned by <br />Robert F. Reed and Barbara M. Reed, husband and wife <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows <br />Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9 as shown on the recorded Plat of D. C. <br />Leer's First Addition to the City of South Bend, described <br />by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the North- <br />west corner of Lot #6 of the Plat of D. C.
