The property sought to be rezoned is located at an inland site <br />bounded on the crest by the apartment buildings belonging to Southmore <br />Mutual Housing Corporation, on the east by the west line of Miami Hills <br />Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the south by Erskine <br />Park Golf Course and on the north by an irregular line approximately <br />625 feet north of the northerly line of Chippewa Avenue, containing <br />12.0243 acres, more or less. <br />2. The property is owned by Miami Hills Development Co. <br />3.
