ORDINANCE NO. <br />An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter <br />.w <br />Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that: <br />Section 1 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, <br />Indiana (South Bend City Zoning Ordinance No. 4990) be, and the same <br />is hereby amended, supplemented and changed in Section 40 - 14 and <br />Section 40 - 24 thereof to provide that the following described real <br />estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />All of Lots 320, 321, 322 & 323 and the East 1/3 of <br />Lots 315, 316, and 317 in Cottrell's 1st Addition to <br />Lowell's in South Bend, Indiana. Also vacated alleys <br />adjacent to above lots; <br />be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District Regulation <br />classification from "B" Residential to "C" Commercial with no change <br />in its Height and Area District classification, subject to and in <br />accordance with the site development plan as submitted with the <br />petition to amend as filed by the Teachers Credit Union. <br />Section 2 - This ordinance is to be in full force and effect <br />from and after its enactment, the approval of the Mayor, and its <br />publication according to law. <br />Section 3 - All prior ordinances affecting the above <br />described tracts of land in conflict herewith are repealed. <br />SECTION II <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and <br />legal publication. <br />Passed by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on <br />the <br />ATTEST: <br />day of <br />, 1971. <br />n <br />PRESIDENT OF THE COMMON COUN IL <br />RIB ail CLERK'S DMICE <br />ITY CLERK OCT 71971 <br />KATHRYN L.
