ORDINANCE NO. 5385 -72 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND BADGER METER MANUFACTURING COMPANY, MILWAU- KEE, WISCONSIN, FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ASSORT- MENT OF WATER METERS FOR USE FROM FEBRUARY 7, 1972 TO FEBRUARY 7, 1973, IN THE AMOUNT OF $210,212.36.
