BETWEEN THE WATERWORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIAN, AND INLAND CHEMICAL CORPORATION, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHEMICALS FOR USi FROM FEBRUARY - 7,1972. TO FEBRUARY 7, 1973, IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,811.50. (AS AMENDED) AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: IN TITLE OF ORDINANCE DELETE WORDS "FOR USE" .SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water Works of ,,the City of South Bend, Indiana and Inland Chemical Corporation, South' Bend, Indiana, on the 7th day of February 1972, pursuant to advertising and receipt of bids as the purchase of same is required in the operation of said Water works, in a total quantity and a total cost not to exceed the quantity and cost itemized for each classification of chemicals in the amount of $6,811.50, is hereby, approved and confirmed: Y,TEM NO.
