4001 and 4015 South Main <br />Street South Bend, Indiana <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5377 -72 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4990 - CHAPTER 40 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE (formerly Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 3702). <br />BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, that: <br />Section 1. <br />Ordinance No. 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal <br />Code, (formerly Zoning Ordinance No. 3702) of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended, <br />supplemented and changed to provide that the following <br />described real estate located in the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, to -wit: <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter (1 /4) of Section <br />Twenty -five (25), Township Thirty -seven (37) North Range Two <br />(2) East, described as beginning at a point Seven Hundred <br />Seventy and One -Tenth (770.1) feet South of the Northwest <br />corner of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of said Section Twenty - <br />five (25), running thence South Fifty ;(50) feet, thence East <br />to the West line of Main Street, thence Northerly along the <br />Westerly line of Main Street Fifty (50) feet, more or less, <br />to a point directly East of the place of beginning, thence <br />West to the place of beginning, in Saint Joseph County,Indiana. <br />Also <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty -five <br />(25), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Two (2) East, <br />described as beginning at a point Eight Hundred Twenty and <br />One -tenth (820.1) feet South of the Northwest corner of the <br />Northwest Quarter (1/4) of said Section Twenty -five (25), <br />running thence South Fifty (50) feet, more or less, to a point <br />directly East of the place of beginning, thence West to the <br />place of beginning, in Saint Joseph County, Indiana. <br />Also <br />Lot Numbered One Hundred Fifty -two (152) in Chippewa Heights <br />Third Addition, platted by Myers and Funk, and recorded in <br />Plat Book 10, pages 176 and 177, in the office of the Recorder <br />of Saint Joseph County, Indiana. <br />be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District Regulation <br />Classification to "D" Light Industrial District and in its Height <br />and Area District Classification to "E" Height and Area District, <br />in accordance with the site development plan filed herewith. <br />
