ORDINANCE NO. 5375 -72 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER <br />FEES AND FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 1972 TO THE BOARD <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES <br />SET FORTH THEREIN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 208 <br />OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE <br />OF INDIANA OF 1965. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I.
