ORDINANCE NO. 5371 -71 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND H. DeWULF MECHANICAL CONTRAC- TOR, INC., FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PARSHALL FLUME AND SEWAGE METER IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,900.00. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Wastewater Treat- ment Plant of the City of South Bend, Indiana and H. De Wulf Mechanical Contractor, Inc. on the 8th day of December 1971 for the purpose of con- structing a parshall flume and sewage meter in the amount of $14,900.00, is hereby approved and confirmed. SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
