ORDINANCE NO. 5369 -71 AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO ACCOUNT K -12, "SERVICES PERSONAL ", IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID SUM FROM ACCOUNT K -726, "OTHER EQUIPMENT ", IN THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM BUDGET, ALL BEING WITH- IN THE GENERAL FUND. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by Morris Civic Auditorium to cover increased costs of maintaining the facility and to assure the department's ability to properly perform its functions, and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where it is not presently needed and more specifically as follows; to -wit: $1_,_000 in Account K -726. "Other Equipment" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: P- SECTION I. That the sum of $1,000 by-transferred from Account K -726, "Other Equipment" and appropriated to the account and in the amount set forth below: Account K -12 "Services Personal" $1,000 SECTION II.
