JEFFERSON BLVD., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 96501 CUS) 2.9 -%Dl November 16, 1971 Re: Rezoning ordinance originated by the Area Plan Commission to zone property recently annexed and located south of Ewing Ave., west of Olive Street, east of Kaley St. and north of Prairie Ave. The attached ordinance originated by the Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph County was advertised for public hearing on September 11 and September 18, 1971 and a public hearing was had on September 21, 1971 at which time a motion was made, seconded and carried that this public hearing be continued to the next regular meeting. At the public hearing held on Tuesday, October 19, 1971, the following action was taken: After due consideration, a motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried that this proposed rezoning be recommended favorably to the City Council.
