SOUTHEAST END OF THE BROADMOOR SHOPPING CENTER ORDINANCE NO. 5361 -71 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA -1962 SECTION 40 AS AMENDED AND GENERAL ORDIN- ANCE NO. 4990 -68, AND THE ACCOMPANYING MAP THERETO, GENERALLY KNOWN AS THE SOUTH BEND ZONING ORDINANCE BY CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE USE DISTRICT FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AS AMENDED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section l: The municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana 1962, and General Ordinance No. 4990 -68 and the accompany- ing map thereto, as amended, are further amended insofar as the same relates to that certain parcel of land situate in the City of South Bend, and known and disignated as: Lots Numbered Two Hundred Forty -seven (247), Two Hundred Forty -eight (248), Two Hundred Forty -nine (249), Two Hundred Fifty (250), Two Hundred Fifty - one (251), Two Hundred Fifty -two (252), Two Hundred Fifty -three (253) and Two Hundred Fifty -four (254) as shown on the revised plat of Broadmoor Third (3rd) Section an addition to the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, by changing the classification of the "Use District" from "A" Residential use and "A" height and area district to "A" "C" Commercial use and 'W height and area district, and in conformance with the approved site plan on file in the office of the Area Plan Commission. Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approved by the Mayor and legal publication.
