or their successors (the "Authorized Representative ") are hereby authorized to perform, on <br />behalf of the Commission, such contracts as necessary to provide for the proper maintenance and <br />operation of Blackthorn. <br />2. All such contracts approved and executed by an Authorized Representative must <br />be reported to the Commission at its next meeting after execution of such contract and such <br />contracts shall be subject to ratification by the Commission. <br />3. The authority granted under this Resolution expires on December 31, 2014. <br />4.
