NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I: That Common Council Ordinance No. 9824 -08, dated January 28, 2008, <br />and Common Council Ordinance No. 10077 -11, dated March 28, 2011 are hereby <br />amended to incorporate the attached loan amortization schedules from Major Moves <br />Fund 412 to the Northeast Residential TIF Fund 436 to reflect final costs paid by Major <br />Moves Fund 412 in connection with the Eddy Street Commons and Triangle <br />Development projects. The revised semi - annual payment amounts are stated above. <br />SECTION II.
