This is an <br />ordinance to amend the Schedule and attachment incorporated into the 2014 Non - Bargaining <br />Employee and Officer Salary Ordinance (No. 10266 -13) passed by the Common Council on <br />October 30, 2013. <br />Since the date Bill No. 75 -13 was originally filed with the Council, three additional <br />errors have been identified in the Schedule, and they have been highlighted on the amended <br />Schedule in addition to the three errors that originally led to the need to amend. The changes to <br />the incorporated Schedule will require that Bill No. 75 -13 be accepted by the Council as a <br />substitute ordinance. <br />I will explain all the changes when I present this Ordinance at the Council's Personnel & <br />Finance Committee meeting and at the public hearing.
