ORDINANCE NO. 5356 -71 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68 CHAPTER 40 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FORMERLY REFERRED TO AS ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 AS AMENDED BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THAT: SECTION I. That Zoning Ordinance No. 4990 -68, Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, formerly referred to as Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 as amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning class of the following described property from "A" Residential to "B" Residential, subject to the Site Plan attached hereto: A part of the East Half of the South East Quarter of Section No. 13, in Township No. 37 North, Range No. 2 East, described as follows, viz: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Dubail Avenue in the City of South Bend with the East line of High Street in said City, which place of beginning is 70 feet South and 131 feet East of the South West corner of Lot Numbered 56 as shown on the recorded Plat of Oak Park Addition to said City of South Bend; thence South along the said East line of High Street a distance of 321 feet to the North l ine of Dayton Street in said City; thence East along the said North line of Dayton Street, a distance of 160 feet; thence North a distance of 321 feet to the South line of said Dubail Avenue; thence West along the said South line of Dubail Avenue, a distance of 160 feet to the place of beginning; excepting therefrom a strip 165 feet in width measured North and South taken off of the entire South end of said tract. A part of the East Half of the South East Quarter of Section No. 13, in Township No. 37 North, Range No. 2 East, described as follows, viz: Beginning at a point on the East line of High Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana, which point is 156 feet South of the intersection of the South line of Dubail Avenue and the East line of High Street in said City, which intersection is 70 feet South and 131 feet East of the South West corner of Lot Numbered 56 as shown on the recorded Plat of Oak Park Addition to the City of South Bend; thence South along the East line of High Street a distance of 165 feet to the North line of Dayton Street in said City; thence East along the said North line of Dayton Street a distance of 160 feet; thence North a distance of 165 feet; thence West along a line parallel with the North line of Dayton Street a distance of 160 feet to the place of beginning.
