2417 East Edison Road South Bend, Indiana ORDINANCE NO. 5354 -71 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 - CHAPTER 40 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE (formerly Zoning Ordinance No. 3702) BE IN ENACTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, that: Section 1: Ordinance No. 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code, (for- merly Zoning Ordinance No. 3702) of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented and changed to pro- vide that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: Two acres taken off of and from the East side of the South half of Twenty -six (26) acres taken off of and from the West side of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 38 North, Range 3 East, more par- ticularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 32, 726 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North 660 feet; thence East 132 feet; thence South 660 feet; thence West 132 feet to the point of begin- ning; subject to 40 feet off of the entire South end thereof for right -of -way for Edison Road. be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District Regulation Classification to "C" Commercial District and in its Height and Area District Classification to "A" Height and Area District, in accordance with the site development plan filed herewith. Section 2: This Ordinanance is to be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and its publication according to law.
