The property sought to be rezoned is located at <br />3012 East Edison Road (South side of Edison) <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />2. The property is owned by Effie Knappen and under option by <br />John K. Wilson. <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows <br />A tract of land of approximately 0.935 acres, subject to all legal <br />right -of -way for public highways, commonly known as 3012 East <br />Edison Road in the City of South Bend, Indiana, located in the <br />Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 37 North, <br />Range 3 East, St. Joseph County, Indiana and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northeast 1/4 of said <br />Section 5, 72.00 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Northeast <br />1/4, said North line being also the centerline of Edison Road; thence <br />North 890 30' 21" East along said North line and said centerline of <br />Edison Road a distance of 195.30 feet; thence South 000 01' 09" East <br />a distance of 208.56 feet; thence South 890 30' 21" West a distance <br />of 195.30 feet; thence North 000 01' 09" West a distance of 208.56 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />(CONTINUE ON THE REVERSE SIDE IF NECESSARY) <br />
