An Ordinance affecting a tract of land located in the-3000 <br />block of East Edison Road on the South Side in the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5346 -71 <br />An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing <br />Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code <br />of South Bend. Indiana. <br />Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that: <br />Section 1 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South <br />Bend, Indiana, (South Bend City Zoning Ordinance No. 4990) be, <br />and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and changed in <br />Section 40 -14 (Section 2 of Ordinance No. 4990), and Section <br />40 -24 (Section 9 of Ordinance No. 4990) thereof to provide <br />that the following described real estate located in the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />A tract of land approximately 0.935 acres, <br />subject to all legal right -of -way for public <br />highways, commonly known as 3012 East Edison <br />Road in the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast <br />1/4 of Section 5, Township 37 North, Range 3 <br />East, St. Joseph County, Indiana and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the North line of said <br />Northeast 1/4 of said Section 5, 72.00 feet <br />East of the Northwest corner of said Northeast <br />1/4, said North line being also the centerline <br />of Edison Road; thence North 89030'21" East <br />
