ORDINANCE NO. 5345 -71 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500.00 FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND TO ACCOUNT W -37, "OTHER SUPPLIES ", IN <br />THE RADIO DEPARTMENT, SAID ACCOUNT BEING <br />WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet <br />such extraordinary conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Radio Depart- <br />ment to purchase radio components and accessories, and to assure <br />that department's ability to properly perform its functions: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $1,500.00 be appropriated from <br />the General Fund to Account W -37, "Other Supplies ", in the Radio <br />Department, within the General Fund. <br />SECTION II.
