(ii) Within fifteen (15) days of receiving written notice of the proposed assignment <br />the Commission does not reasonably object to the assignment. <br />For purposes of this Section, a reasonable objection by the Commission is one accompanied by <br />reasonable evidence that the proposed assignee has a history of material, unaddressed non- <br />compliance with Environmental Laws. <br />14. No Third Party Benefit. This Environmental Agreement is not intended to inure <br />to the benefit of any third party, against whom the Parties reserve any and all rights, claims and <br />defenses. <br />15. Notices.
