Tommuttr Erport 110 the Tantumn Coma of fire ( q of OrU14 wrnD: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $750,138.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Ordinance should be amended as follows, and further that the amended Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. On page 1, the total amount should be amended to $750,138.00. On page 2, the amount appropriated in Program FA3 should be amended to $55,750.00. On page 2, the amount appropriated in Program FA4 should be amended to $3,750.00. On page 2, the amounts appropriated in Program FA5 should be amended as follows: Street Paver $46,882.00 Slurry Seal Distributors (2) 20,000.00, with a revised total for Program FA5 of $146,842.00. On page 2, delete Program FA6. On page 3, delete Program FA7. On page 3, delete Program FA8. On page 3, delete Program FA9. On page 3, the total amount of the programs should be amended to $750,138.00. On page 4, under Bureau of Solid Waste, Section A Services Personal, should be amended to read as follows: A.
