JEFFERSON BLVD., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 9NOI (218) 281A571 February 6, 1973 The Honorable Common Council of The City of South Bend 4th floor, County -City Building South Bend, Indiana 46601 In Re: A proposed ordinance and site development of Loyal and Trois Wilson by Jack Dunfee, Jr. to zone from "A" Residential, "A" Height and Area, to "B" Resi- dential, "A" Height and Area, property located at 4004 South Michigan Street, City of South Bend Gentlemen: The attached ordinance was legally advertised for public hearing January 16, 1973. It was given public hear- ing at that time, and the following action was taken: "Robert Lehman moved that since the Plan Com- mission finds this use to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan it be favorably recom- mended to the Common Council, seconded by Ted F. Sharp and unanimously carried. The petition of Loyal and Trois Wilson to zone from "A" Resi- dential to "B" Residential, property located at 4004 South Michigan is favorably recommended to the Common Council of the City of South Bend by the Area Plan Commission." The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and matters considered in arriving at the above decision are shown in excerpts of the minutes of that hearing and will be forwarded to you at a later date to be made a part of this report.
