ORDINANCE NO S�7 SS- 73 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $169,000.00 FROM <br />THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION AND RIGHT OF WAY <br />ACQUISITION - IRONWOOD AND IRELAND SEWERS. <br />WHEREAS, engineering studies have been completed <br />outlining certain sewer projects; and <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed for the construction <br />and right of way acquisition on said project; and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br />Fund has been established, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $169,000.00 be appropriated <br />from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the <br />project and in the amount set forth below: <br />Project No. Location Amount <br />R & S 48 Ironwood Drive reconstruc- <br />Phase I -B tion and the widening of <br />Ireland Road. - $169,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
