PERSONNEL & FINANCE NOVEMBER 25, 2013 3:49 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Dr. David Varner, Valerie Schey, Karen White, Henry Davis <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott (AB), Dr. Fred Ferlic, Oliver Davis, Gavin Ferlic, Derek <br />Dieter <br />Citizen Members Present: Jack Smith, Marc Brammer (AB) <br />Other Present: Mark Neal, Kathryn Roos, Eric Horvath, Scott Ford, Chris <br />Fielding, Kathy Cekanski - Farrand, Erin Blasko <br />Agenda: Bill 66 -13 Reinstate One Non - Designated Holiday <br />With but one non - controversial item on the agenda, the hearing on bill 66 -13 lasted but four minutes. <br />City Controller Mark Neal made the bid presentation. As stated, the bill would designate Martin Luther <br />King Day as an official City holiday.
