I <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5528 -73 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />$330,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br />BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. <br />WHEREAS, engineering studies have been completed <br />outlining certain storm sewer projects; and <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed for the construction <br />of said project; and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br />Fund has been established, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $330,000.00 be appro- <br />priated from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for <br />the project and in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT CS -4 -1973 <br />- Northeast Area Storm <br />Sewers - McKinley Terrace <br />Area Construction - - - <br />$330,000.00 <br />SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force <br />and effect from an a ter its passage by the Common Council, its <br />approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory <br />requirements. <br />Member o t e Common Council <br />Passed May 29, 1973, as amended. <br />
