ORDINANCE NO. S - / % - 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $140.00 FROM THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT, M -11, <br />SERVICES PERSONAL, TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT, M -55, <br />SUBCRIPTIONS AND DUES, BOTH ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND. <br />WHEREAS, the budgeted amount for subscriptions and dues is <br />insufficient to maintain membership in certain fact finding and sharing <br />organizations important to the operation of the Building Department on a <br />current and progressive level; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are available in Item M -11, <br />Services Personal, within the Building Department to meet these obligations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $140.00 be appropriated from <br />Building Department, M -11, Services Personal, to Building Department, M -55, <br />Subcriptions and Dues. <br />SECTION II.
