ORDINANCE NO. 5 5 / /- 7?o AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,700.00 FROM THE PARKING METER FUND TO ACCOUNT 241 "PRINTING, OTHER THAN OFFICE SUPPLIES ", AN ACCOUNT WITHIN THE PARKING METER DEPARTMENT BUDGET OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and, WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Parking Meter Department for the printing of various tickets and notices used in the enforcement of the parking ordinances of the City of South Bend, and to assure that Department's ability to properly perform its functions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the sum of $3,700.00 be appropriated from the Parking Meter Fund to Account 241 "Printing, Other than Office Supplies ", an account within the Parking Meter Deparment Budget. SECTION II.
