Transfer of Funds - <br />Firemen's Pension Fund <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5463 -72 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR A TRANSFER IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$100.00 TO ACCOUNT Y -361, "RECORDS, STATIONERY <br />AND PRINTING ", FROM ACCOUNT Y -213, "TRAVELING <br />EXPENSES" IN THE AMOUNT OF $50.00, AND FROM <br />ACCOUNT Y -252, "REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT" IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $50.00, ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN <br />THE FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is <br />now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in <br />the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to <br />meet such extraordinary conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for Account Y -361, <br />"Records, Stationery and Printing" to purchase office supplies <br />for the Office of the Firemen's Pension Fund, to assure the <br />department's ability to properly perform its functions; and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in other accounts where it is <br />not presently needed and more specifically as follows, to -wit: <br />$50.00 in Account Y -213, "Traveling Expenses" <br />$50.00 in Account Y -252, "Repairs of Equipment" <br />Both Accounts being within the Firemen's Pension Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $100.00 be transferred to <br />Account Y -3 1, "Records, Stationery and Printing ", from Account <br />Y -213, "Traveling Expenses" in the amount of $50.00, and from <br />Account Y -252, "Repairs of Equipment" in the amount of $50.00, all <br />accounts being within the Firemen's Pension Fund. <br />SECTION II.
