ORDINANCE NO. 5462 =72 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $34,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND TO "PARKING GARAGE FUND PROJECT - 1969.1' <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have <br />developed since the adoption of the existing annualbudget <br />so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than <br />was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions <br />of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Parking Garage <br />Fund Project - 1969, to provide for the cost of maintenance, <br />operation and revenue bond payments for said project. These <br />funds are needed to assure Parking Garage Fund Project - 1969's <br />ability to properly perform its functions, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $34,000.00 be appropriated <br />from the Gneral Fund to "Parking Garage Fund Project - 1969" <br />SECTION II.
