ORDINANCE NO. 5456 -72 AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS IN THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND: 73 "PROPERTIES ", $15,000.00; 44 "OTHER MATERIALS ", $14,000.00; ALL BEING WITH- IN THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the annual budget so that it is now neces- sary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund for "properties" and "other materials ", and to assure that Fund's ability to properly perform its functions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the sum of $29,000.00 be appropriated from the General Fund of the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the following accounts and in the amounts set forth below; Account 73 "Properties" Account 44 "Other Materials" SECTION II.
