NO. 5450 -72 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $11,500.00 FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES FACILITY BUDGET TO VARIOUS OTHER ACCOUNTS IN SAME MUNICIPAL SERVICES FACILITY BUDGET, ALL BEING WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions- and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed in various accounts in the Municipal Services Facility budget to assure that depart- ment's ability to properly perform its functions; and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in various accounts where these funds are not presently needed and more specifically as follows, to -wit: Account Nos. U -11, U -12, U -221, U -223, U -261, U -262 and U -726. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the total sum of $11,500.00 be transferred from the following accounts and in the amounts set forth below: a. U -11 "Services Personal" $1,500.00 b. U -12 "Services Personal" 1,000.00 C. U -221 "Electric Current" 1,500.00 d. U -223 "Heat" 500.00 e. U -261 "Janitor" 2,000.00 f. U -262 "Data Processing" 4,500.00 g. U -726 "Other Equipment" 500.00 Total $11,500.00 to the following accounts and in the following amounts: a. U -251 "Repairs of Buildings & Structures" 1,000.00 b. U -252 "Repairs of Equipment" 1,500.00 c. U -324 "Other Garage & Motor Supplies" 4,000.00 d. U -37 "Other Supplies" 1,000.00 e. U -43 "Repair Parts" 4,000.00 Total $11,500.00 SECTION II.
