ORDINANCE NO. 5447 -72 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING 1,660.00 FROM ACCOUNT <br />12 "OTHER COMPENSATION" TO ACCOUNT 252 "REPAIR <br />OF PARTS ", BATH BEING WITHIN THE PARKING METER <br />FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing dnaual budget so that it is now neces- <br />sary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual <br />budget for Account 252 within the Parking Meter Fund; and, <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists within Account 12, also within the <br />Parking Meter Fund, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $1,660.00 be transferred from <br />Account 12 "Other Compensation" <br />to <br />Account 252 "Repair of Parts" <br />both being within the Parking Meter Fund. <br />SECTION II.
