ORDINANCE NO. 5472 -72 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $35,000.00 <br />FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />WHEREAS, engineering studies have been completed <br />outlining certain sanitary sewer projects; and <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed for the construction <br />of following project; and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund <br />has been established, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $35,000..00 be appropriated <br />from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the <br />project and in the amount set forth below: <br />Project CS3 -1972 - Main Street Storm Sewer <br />From: South Street <br />To: Monroe Street $35,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
